Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Hon. Dr. Doto Biteko has launched a station to receive and cool electricity for Ifakara (20MVA) whose completion has led to Kilombero, Ulanga and Malinyi districts in Morogoro province to get enough and reliable electricity.
Deputy Minister of Energy Honorable Judith Kapinga has said that Tanzania has launched a program of using clean energy cooking to help African women together with its national strategy with the aim of preserving the environment in combating change in behavior in the country, reducing health risks, reducing the burden of Mother and child and gender based violence during foraging firewood and strengthening Economic and Social activities where she explained the importance of Consuming Clean Energy for cooking and other applications in African Countries.
