Energy ministers from over 20 countries will gather in Delhi for the India Energy Week (IEW) 2025, scheduled from February 11 to 14. The event will bring together major energy producers from both advanced economies and the Global South, reflecting its growing importance in shaping the future of the global energy sector. Apart from ministers, ambassadors, and heads of leading international organizations, at least 90 CEOs and executive board members from Fortune 500 energy companies will be in attendance.

Spanning over 1 lakh square meters, IEW 2025 is set to be the second-largest energy event globally in terms of participation, exhibition space, and sessions. The previous editions, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, have cemented the event’s reputation as a key platform for discussions on energy transition, sustainability, and industry innovation. The upcoming edition aims to build on this legacy, fostering collaboration among global stakeholders to tackle the most pressing energy challenges.

The event will be held at Yashobhoomi, India's largest convention and exhibition center in Delhi's Dwarka. High-profile attendees include India's Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, Tanzania’s Deputy Prime Minister Doto Mashaka Biteko, and Djibouti’s Energy Minister Yonis Ali Guedi. Heads of international organizations such as Jassim Al Shirawi, Secretary General of the International Energy Forum (IEF), and Haitham Al-Ghais, Secretary General of OPEC, have also confirmed their participation. Additionally, top executives from leading energy companies, including Petrobras, Baker Hughes, JERA Asia, and ADNOC, will contribute to discussions on shaping the industry’s future.

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and organized by the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI) and dmg events, IEW 2025 will serve as a crucial platform for dialogue and innovation. The conference will feature 10 country pavilions representing the US, UK, Russia, Japan, Germany, and the Netherlands, along with eight thematic zones focusing on hydrogen, renewables, biofuels, and petrochemicals. As one of the first major energy events of the year, IEW 2025 will set the tone for global energy policies and advancements, fostering solutions that drive sustainable growth.
